you only have to put a chip if you capture a new territory that didnt belong to you at the beginning of the game. And BB is battleship, bmb in for bomber

go to xenogames.com, the pieces are not that great looking, but they will do, they do not come with artillery, but they do have color coded AA guns which can be substitued for artillery, and they come with guns. the pieces come on a ‘‘tree’’ with i think, 8 infantry, 3 tanks, 3 ftrs, 2 bombers?, 3 BB, 2 Carriers, 6 destroyers, 2 factorys, 3 subs, and 1 sub pen. sorry if im not correct on the figures

Country specific rules
These are some rules that apply to countrys in A&A, each is a special rule and can only be used for that country
Germany= SS tanks- attack at 4, defend at 3, 1 starts off in germany, can recruit 1 each turn and they cannot break apart(except for battle losses) the recruit must begin its turn in the same territory as the ss tank. i spray painted 1 of my germany tanks black and use black chips for the ss tanks.Russia= can move 1 factory 1 space during non-com, doesnt matter if it was used that turn
US=Marines- only one marine attack per turn, attack at 2
UK= british infantry in UK only defend at 3
Japan= Kamikazi- japan can suicide attack ships with planes, roll 1-3 the plane has a chance to kamikaze, 4-6 it is destroyed before it attacks, the plane can choose which ship to attack and attacks at 4

Germany-3 artillery in finnland always helps taking out leningrad or archangel.
also buying a transport for the baltic sea is good because you can send 4 infantry to leningrad. I have used this one alot and it always works unless russia buys 4 infantry in leningrad with the allied $12

the problem of adding china is that china was split into the nationalists and the communists, making enemys to each other, if china is added the commies would have to be russia and the nationalists would have to be the US, which might cause some bad relations between russia and the US,
china would probaly be boring to play since they would be economically inferior to japan, also if china is added, they would probaly not be that powerful because after 10 years of war between japan and china, 20,000,000 chinese were killed.

sorry but i have to disagree with an ipc in india, i seen it many times and it hardly ever works, 15 bucks is alot of money for the brits and too often i see japan take india and have an excellent spot for building infantry, plus you can only build 3 units in india a turn, so it would be hard to build up a defensive force, asia is hard for the japs to take because you have the brits in the south, the yanks in the center and the crazy ivans up north

House Rules
I am thinking of making a collection of house rules and possibily printing them out so people can get a copy. If any one has any rules they would like to share please do. I will give them credit for their rules if I print out a ‘‘House Rule Book’’.

i use a tech called breakthrough, where after a tank attacks it can ''breakthorugh ‘’ and attack an adjacent territory. You can do this no matter how many tanks you have, this is to represent how the germans took over poland and france so quickly, but you have to be careful of over extending your units, and also be careful because only tanks can participate in a breakthrough
