Played up to America’s turn. The bid value gives you more units before the game begins, but does not affect how many IPCs you get on your turn. I may rush through the next few turns and see if you get the bid amount before Germany’s turn again. If that is the case you should just be able to save during each “bid phase” and that will do what I was aiming for.
