      As we stand right now doing this is pointless. You’ll have OOB pieces + The Italian set from FMG. I realize FMG has big plans but delay after delay after delay has meant we have been waiting for German set for over 6 months. With atleast 3 different release dates. Maybe in a year or 2 you’ll be right it would be to much but right now i have no problem adding in all 3 OOB/HBG/FMG

      The biggest thing i see different from a strategy point of view is EUSA is one turn from attacking anywhere from FWA to Norway except Western Europe. There’s no way anyone could convince me this wasn’t done on purpose. Classic was dominated by two strategies inf. push and shuck (i think that was the name i’m not 100% sure.) The 2 turns to get to Western Europe is to combat shuck. Reduced income and reduced production IMO is to combat inf. push.

      Russia also has 4 front line territories compared to 2 in classic. Germany has 4 now compared to 3 before. So the face of the eastern front is alot different.

      I completely agree the french navy is sadly under represented. as is the german navy for that matter but i would much rather be buying pieces that are going to get used than buying pieces that are going to sit around collecting dust. it’s why i haven’t bought any of the neutral sets. All i want from them is 14 inf. for strict neutrals, 4 for pro-axis, 3 for pro-allied and 3ish? for mongalian.

      it’s the old SBR rules. I’m talking about instead of doing damage counters to an IC. These let you take the money out of the players IPCs. The reason to pay the +3 is the 1d6 bomber damage isn’t opinional. Example UK bombs berlin and rolls a 4. The German player pays the bank 4 IPCs. Instead of the bomber doing 4 damage to the IC and the German player desiding not to repair it. It would give a “Round the Clock” feel to the Allied bomber offensive. USA bombs doing damage to the IC and the UK does the damage straight to the IPCs in hand.

      it’s suppose to be harder to win as the Axis you can’t make the game historic and have the Axis win most games. The Allies won after all. On there first try too.

      He-111 and Lancaster 4/1/6/15 SBR also can do a SBR on an enemy capital doing 1d6 damage that comes out of the enemies pocket. Think the London Blitz or the night bombing of Berlin and Toyko

      No you don’t get the 2 ipcs. You have to take it from Japan before you get the 2 ipcs.

      it looks like there’s 1 or 2 territories between berlin and moscow and Japan can land tanks in china and have them attacking southern russia the next turn. China is shallow on territories. Siberia is also shallow. Axis hold one territory in africa. The best way I can discribe it is the Classic map. China is 2 territories north and south not east and west like in classic. The IC in Leningrad from classic has been moved to Stalingrad. There are servely islands in the pacific that are in the same sea zone

      5 ipc tanks just seem to cheap. There’s not enough distance between Berlin and Moscow. Before making changes to the game play it OOB a few times. Changing unit cost has an unbalancing effect slanting it to the Axis.

      I know it sounds wrong but look at it like this. If there was a unit that cost 7 everyone would be able to buy it to afford it. If that same unit cost 14 it’s out of how many countries price range? And if you raise the price enough it gets to a point the Axis can’t afford it at all and really only America can afford it. Thus raising cost of units is doing the Allies a favor. Lowering helps the Axis.

      I still like the idea we talked about awhile back about the lancasters and he-111 being terror bombers. 4/1/6/15 SBR and Terror Bombing Raid as special abilities.

      I leave them ANZAC. Yeah they can’t attack with UK and only defend but I don’t think those 2 ANZAC inf are why Italy has a hard time getting going. I blame it on the lack of Vichy rules and UK ships in the med. Italy has to push the allies out of africa in the West and in the East at the sametime and doing just one seems like a diffcult task let alone both.

      If you count the sculpts it can’t be the Hakusan Maru or the Type VII. 8 Allied and 6 Axis is 14 new sculpts. I think it’s a Type XXI and I’m unsure of the transport.
