@aequitas-et-veritas it is. As long as one Sub is there to escort the TT, the landing can go ahead. The defending Sub can’t stop it.
If the SZ contains a scrambling Ft or Tac, the TT could be attacked and the Sub surfaces to fight, however.
Hope you have been well my friend. -

RE: Japan goes after ANZACposted in Axis & Allies Global 1940
@WindowWasher Good day. Japan needs the income from the DEI and need to keep India on the defensive, not expanding. I agree with Awk others here: Oz can wait. Make Japan a monster first.
I have played close to 100 1940 games and don’t think anyone has tried to take Sydney from me early on.
Try it, but I don’t think it would work against most players here. -

@barnee one day you might be unlucky enough to meet PP and you will understand how hard it is to be nice to him. He is a monster! (Except in his gaming, when he is a lamb.)

RE: Poll.Russia wants to leave Baltic Seaposted in Axis & Allies Global 1940
@ampdrive don’t let them out. They die there , when you can bothered to take them out . Why let them roam free and possibly join the British, like the Russian Sub always does in other A&A variants?

@private-panic Thanks . Great day. Had been 3 years for me. Far too long, but with reasons.
I saw the Japanese potential hit on the US fleet and never considered Dave would shirk from the overwhelming victory it portended.
Dave: you should have taken out the US fleet . Just to see Adam’s face! -

RE: Anzio and the K5E gunsposted in World War II History
@abworsham4 hello my friend.
I doubt it. The Allies didn’t know when to admit failure and would have found a way around jt , I suspect. The resources were there: naval and Air, especially. -

@barnee thank you.
I had to go (amd my wife insisted I did too). There have been many reasons , but my eye sight is the main one.
Was great to see the guys and to play fave ti fave . Although, I would have liked to have okayed against Adam and smashed up his fleet .
We are the best of friends! -

@ABWorsham4 blimey! I don’t know enough about the Spanish Civil War. Would never pick the machine gun armed Mk 1 though. Perhaps , the Renault would be best.
Will try amd spend 15 mins on this later. -

@The-Captain thank you for your answer. That’s a great achievement. Well done guys.
Hope your competition goes well
I would love to attend (and visit Denmark ) for the first time , but my wife and I work very hard in our small restaurant. It wouldn’t be fair to her .
Perhaps , I can make your 4th or 5th convention (as a 65 year old !). -

RE: Spanish Civil War Tanksposted in World War II History
@ABWorsham4 probably still scared the starving civilians , carrying rifles and 2 bullets each, half to death at the time though .
