@FMErwinRommel Alice changes the menu seasonally, usually 6 menus a year, therefore.
A Summer started 3 weeks ago .
Since Covid, we have stopped doing “meat”
dishes, ones served with potatoes and vegetables. We haven’t needed to do them again , as we are full most nights , without the added work that entails.
Alice world 50-60 hours most weeks , just for us to be open 5 evenings .
The menu is mostly based on foods we can procure locally and a low , as they are in season, prices .
We don’t put strawberries on a Winter menu, like many other places do, for example.
