When you fill up all of the slots then the game starts automatically on a lobby bot.

I tried a game with the new version, works great. The alliance buttons work out.

I am getting a bit disincentivized to keep working on this though. The lobby is a bit stale unfortunately. Not many players really, and the main core ones that play global aren’t up for even trying the new mod for play testing. People just want to play the map they know and stick to it.
Perhaps I can get some of my IRL friends to play on it, but without people even trying a new map, it doesn’t really go anywhere. Too bad, and disheartening about the community state.
