No they come down here cause our system is better, and they pay for the better care. Most Canadians I have meet in person or chatted with online say 2 things, come to U.S. for better health care even if they have to pay, or stay here and pay less taxes. They don’t come down here for simple medical stuff.

I’m not picking on Canadians just their system that alot of them don’t like. Tell me why in the 60’s Their dollar was equal to ours, Now its not. Most say its cause of the high taxes. Im no expert but I have never been given another theory. I’m opened to new ideas on it.

You are right about 3/4 of the senate being backstabber. Calling Hillary that name may be over the top though. I wouldn’t call Jesse Jackson a nut I think he is a real uncle tom. The sad thing is most blacks think he is doing them right. My problem with Jesse it seems he starts more problems then sovles them. Please excuse my spelling!!

BigBlocky there is book you need to read its called “The war on the Family” in one section they having polling data. It shows majority of Canadians supporting one thing and their governmet doing another.

And with this Eroupean union thing I don’t recall a vote being taken for it. You may be right though most Europeans would vote for it. I’ll never understand the average Europeans love for their cradle to grave society??

Just wondering why do some Canadians come here to pay for healthcare when they can get it for free in their home country?? I’m not picking on them I love Canada and their culture but I dont like their governmet system. I dont like mine either!! Two party government system isn’t all that great as well. I don’t understand why the Green Party or the Libertian Party can’t get more votes?? Alot of people like their platform but in the end don’t vote for them??!!?? Why??

I did not mean you have no gun rights you then get a police state what I meant was that if the government gets out of control then what do you do?? A disarmed people have no way to resist a government that decides what rights a people can have. And the high taxes that hard working Candians pay everyday is outragous. There is a reason why when ever you ask a Canadian why he moved to America its almost always the same thing TAXES!!!

You don’t consider the one-sided democracy that Europe has being a non-free democracy?? The parties are all left wing for the most part!! So you like the judge only system, where the judge decides the verdict?? What do you think of our penality system?? Maybe some cases should go jury and some other types should be decided by a judge. The system is not perfect but what happens when you have a bad-judge??

With all due respect F_alk the scary thing about europe is that people there live under a big government system, that promotes the idea of women not having children, no gun rights, high taxes, and a very one-sided political system!!! Now that is scary!! The people don’t realize how they are screwing themselves. In a 60 Minutes show they said in a few generations Italians could become a minorty in their own country, because of low birth rates and mass Non-Italian Immagration. When I lived in what was known as WEST GERMANY at the time i rarely meet a german women who had 2 or more kids. Not only that some had no kids and didn’t plan to have any!!! And if i brought it up they say that women having kids is so right wing???!!??? NOW THAT IS SCARY WOMEN OF EUROPE THINKING THAT HAVING KIDS IS SO RIGHT WING!! And now I have learned this problem is in Japan!!

With all do respect Yanny you can expect to pay those high rates when the state you live in has out of control lawyers. Have you guys noticed that insurance sometimes costs more in states that vote democrat??!!??
Could it be with all those extra regulations?? Don’t forget about those extra taxes!!

I hope you don’t mind me asking Yanny but is there other insurance companies your mom could look into?? Also what job you work 20 hours a week and make 70,000 a year?? One last thing Yanny that famous McDonalds case was allowed by a judge BUT, it was decided by a jury if my memory serves. Maybe the jury system needs to be worked on as well??

One last thing I hope nobody was offended by me picking on states that vote democrat, states that vote republican have their problems as well!! Such as every so often trying to put christian stuff in the laws and sometimes barely having it kept out. There are some who don’t understand the idea of a system where relgion is supposed to be kept out of government.

Joe Leiberman, Al Gore’s running mate, A person who turned his back on his own religon to apease the far left of the Democratic party. I think he said he may try and run in 2004. If not maybe in 2008.

Jesse Jackson, Infamous black civil rights leader, claims he cares about fellow blacks who live below the poverty level while he lives like a millionaire. Also does’nt seem to mind all the unborn black babies who are murdered, oops sorry ABORTED. I don’t think he will run in 2004 but he may run in 2008. You never know with Jesse “PLZ TELL ME I’M IN THE SPOT LIGHT” Jackson.

Tom Daschle, Democratic Senate minority leader, Runs like a conservative democrat in his home state but while in D.C. acts like a far leftist. I don’t think he will run in 2004, but like Jackson he could run 2008.

Imposing strict caps on what insurance companies can charge could work but there could be some room for charging, for example the rich could pay a much higher cost while poor could pay lower charges.

On the judges i disagree 100%!!! One of the big reasons we are not a police state is the idea of a court system where judges are not puppets of our government officials. I know sometimes judges get it wrong but over all its a good system. Limits on judges should be kept to a mininium!!

Your third idea is very good but would what poor people who try and sue and lose???

Does anybody still play these games?? These games are good. Rules a little outdated but still work. Does anybody have any interesting ideas or scenarios for these games?? Know a good websites for them. Anybody ever hear of these 2??

The American Civil War game by Eagle Games is one of the best games for that war. Its not perfect but I think you will love it. I havn’t gotten it myself right now, I’m buying computer games right now. But I will get it soon enough.

So what would you want the New Jersey State Senate to do Yanny?? You say we should control our courts more. How do you do that without ruining the court system?? I know the court system isn’t perfect but is better than some other countries!! Would you propose the New Jersey State Senate start some state program to cover costs, where would the money come from?? Raise taxes?? Then what do you do when bussinesses start leaving the state because the higher taxes??

Both were the best North genrals the Union had but who would you say had a bigger impact in the Souths fall in the U.S. CIVIL WAR. Was it GRANTS pinning down Robert E. Lee and always threating Richmond? OR Was it Shermans Deep invasion of the South and the destruction of Atlanta?? OR Were their stratgies of equal value??

A war between North Korea and South Korea has 2 main scenarios for it.

SCENARIO A: We attack first to take out their nuclear program, either in a mass invasion or some type of commando raid with special forces.
Either option would result in a large war. Although the commando raid would probably result in the program being destoryed with few North Korean losses, the North would respond with a mass rocket & artillery attack we would probably respond then with air power, then the North would invade the South. And then you would have a large land war. And with a U.S. led mass invasion I really dont need to explain how that would work, I’ll just say the U.S. led invasion would be done with our famous divisions 101st, 82nd, 10 mount. and others of course. Along with some South Korean units and British units. I would say Canadian but I have a feeling in this one they may stay out but who really knows!!

SCENARIO B: In a North Korean invasion of the South, the communists would hit hard with surprise artillery & rocket attacks with command raids deep in the allied rear. Then they would follow with mass tank formations backed up with Infantry in APCS and maybe some trucks (I don’t know if the North can afford to APC the entire army so I’ll say they may use trucks), they may even try some type of small sea invasion with a regiment or 2 to outflank a key area. Their first thing they would want to do would be attack U.S. and South Korean air planes on the ground. I bet some of their commando raids would try this!

But in either scenario one thing is certain China would get in the war, although i believe they would keep it quiet. As not to mess up their trade with the U.S. China would probably support the North with “volunteers” as in the first Korean war.
