Look at all those Jap flags in Russia, I don’t think any of my games have gone this far, certainly haven’t seen anything like this.

i assumed the damaged german bb could be repaired at the italian-held normandy shipyard. if the naval base has to be held by the specific country that is repairing the ship (not simply an ally), then the bb in sz112 is still damaged…

Yes, ships can repair and gain extra movement from an allied Naval Base, just like allied planes can use the airbase.
