      Hey just so you know I have a 99% chance of victory for Sea Zone 6, even when you scramble your three fighters.

      Not sure if that’s part of the Emperor’s plan lol. You might have missed that I can move the three carriers I bought to SZ 7. That way all the fighters from the Philippines can join the battle.
      If you want to change anything, that’s fine with me. I always want to see the best version of my opponent and his strategy, so I am not harsh with oversights like this.

      Oh man, that’s exactly what I want! I’ve had many little ideas for house rules for Axis and Allies games and wanted to implement those in triplea, but I’ve never gotten around to actually learning it lol. I also have always wanted to make my own triplea game at some point. I remember me trying the Map making tutorial that Veqryn made, but I couldn’t get it to work and gave up couple of days later. I was also really busy at some point so I have not been able to spare time for it either.

      Should have plenty of time this year, so it would be simply awesome if you or Elk could help me learn all that stuff. Thank you very much! 😁

      Lol except for this month though. On Tuesday I will have my first final exam, ugh… This will go on to the 5th of June when I will have my last exam. It will be fine I think, but I should probably spend time studying lol.

      Oh? I always thought it worked differently. The islands never generate extra income, only when an enemy captures it, in which case your income goes done by that extra amount. So let’s say Japan has only control over its starting territories (26 IPCs) and ANZAC captures Formosa, Japan is reduced to 24 IPCs. But once they recapture, they get 26 again. I believe that is what the rules say though.

      Hey Barnee, sorry for the long silence. My final exams have proven to be more stressful and time-consuming than I thought! I couldn’t find the time for our game at all. I even caught a cold as well in the middle of it all. I can tell you, it’s so damn annoying to make a test when you have a runny nose lol 😖
      I only need to focus now on my final test on June 5th. After that, I will be able to play at full speed again. I will then start the first game with Panzer too.

      Just letting you know that am still alive and certainly have not forgotten about our game! After a few more days, we can start ‘rumbling’ again, as Panzer always says lol 😂 Hope you are doing well.

      Well I believe they function as normal territories, so if you take them over your income goes up by that new amount, and your opponent’s one goes down by the same amount. The only different thing is that the starting income for each nation doesn’t change. So essentially you could dust the old IPC values and replace them with the new ones, but you give a negative bonus to the nations to make sure their starting income doesn’t change.

      So for example if all Japanese islands have the new IPC value from The Captain, Japan will have a total income of 35. But then you give them a negative bonus of -9 so that their starting income is 26. Once islands start getting captured, it will always work correctly. For example if Japan loses Formosa to ANZAC, their income goes down by 2, while ANZACs goes up by 2, according to the rules.

      This might be easier than giving each powers numerous positive and negative bonuses for each island because that might become really complex 😀
