This must be one of the “surprises” that was mentioned that they were going to include with each set.
YOU GUYS ARE FRICKIN’ AMAZING!

Any chance the TT tanks are big enough for Tide of Iron?
Thanks for that, Jack.
Holden,
I have a crap load of Table Tactics sstuff I don’t use. Some on the runners, some not. Give me a list of what you want and the quantity.
Does that offer stand for anyone? I have a few things I could use too.
FMGs not saying $50 a set. They’re saying $30. I initially thought $20 would be good and I think it will be once everything is done. But after reviewing the list again, $30 right now sounds pretty good. I’m in!
What do you guys think about using these for an advanced BOTB game? I guess I’ll decide when the US units are released.
I think $14-$16 would be about right. Maybe even up to $18 -$20. BUT, at that price there would have to be a discount for buying the complete set. I believe they do this already with their dice sets.
@Imperious:
Yea. Great. Guns and tanks… 16 new sculpts…
nothing else… and no game uses pieces in that size or uses guns for infantry.
Its so incompatible as to render any casual judgement as to its utility for gaming to be very small.
Might as well take investment and burn in oven.
You might think that he could have got opinions on a loose concept of this type… BEFORE he went ahead and spent the money. Our people could have saved him tens of thousands.
Or he could have shared the costs with FMG and both developed them… so many ideas are now closed after viewing this product… Its a real shame.
16 sculpts could have been enough to outfit a new WW1 game:
Central powers infantry ( based on German design)
Entente powers infantry ( based on British design)
Russian infantry
Turkish infantry
Bi-planes
Rail guns
Artillery
Bombers
Zeppelins
Dreadnoughts
Cruisers
Destroyers
Submarines
Transports
Tanks
Stosstrupen or flamethowersadd map and you got WW1 Axis and Allies… but no… lets make floating guns and tanks… thats it.
Now this would have been RAD! But you know me, I’m always with you on the WWI stuff :-D
Absolutely fantastic my friend!
First off, those boards are BEAUTIFUL! Great work, you should make more to sell!
Second, are you a Florida Gator? Just wondering since I am. Always like saying hi to Alums.
Third, my recommendation would be to buy AA Spring 1942 ( 2 copies @ ~$20 each) and then print out any of IL’s Anniversary maps. '42 pretty much comes with the pieces and rules you will need and you can get the rest as downloads here. If you plan to buy Europe 1940 and Pacific 1940, you would only need 2 copy of '42 and E40 would take care of the Italian pieces as well.
Hope this helps you decide.
Lastly - Make those boards for us! They are beautiful. At least a how-to guide would be great.
It didn’t work for me either. But after printing to the size I needed, I figured 40 X 60 is all the space I could afford :-D
I need a box just to put all of this BULL $#!@ in!
@CWO:
Players: 2 - 5
Well, if France was a playable ally, it should have read:
Players: 2 - 6
Perhaps what they mean is that France, although it’s playable, is controlled by one of the Allied players, in the same way that China in Pacific 1940 gets its own game turn but is controlled by an Allied player.
Agreed, this is only logical. As for game time listed, I’ve always found estimates on wargames are WAY OFF.
To me, it doesn’t matter what order you release them in, as long as you make them all. I will use them however they come, but it is paramount that I have a complete matching set. If you stop at Germany for some reason, we are no better off than having the pieces from “The War Game”.
Well said. This has become a very enjoyable game in my house. It’s fun to trade off sides every other game since the strategies employed by both sides are so different.
I think these would work for mounting the P40 airbase and naval base tokens so you can actually pick them up…

Wow! That’s really great news! Okay everyone, now it’s our job to purchase at least one set of each to keep this ball rolling. Everyone is ready for their Italian order, right? This is the ONLY place you will find this kind of thing. They have put themselves out there based on what WE THE CUSTOMERS have asked for. Plus, we all want as much of this stuff as we can get anyway, right?
im turning my basement in to an axis and allies bunker.
it’s going to be painted to look like concret, have ammo boxes, 2 tables 1 for the axis and allies board and one for the minis board. its goning to have pics of all the major leaders on the walls, allong with a washed out ncm. and not to mention the in wall beer bar, pop bar, and 11.2 sourond sound system (yess i ment 11.2)if you want dedacation listen to this… my cousins and me drees up useing the real unaforms and assories, and play 1 game in 4-5 days. we pay normaly untill the combat phase where we use minis, and some times alot of them at once, to decied a battle. we even made a spical unit for each country Ie.the german “ratte” japaniese “yamato class” BB, ECT… wich we also have coustom minis for and yes they are the same scale as tanks… any thing i should add?
post pics I want to see your custom units
ill see what i can do. but my DSLR cammera is in for some …minor repair and i cant seem to up load my pics on to the site. ive allreddy tryed 3 times to post them
Use Mediafire. It’s the easiest way to go.
Here’s what I was looking for. This is great. All the work is done, just print it and get some WWI pieces.
Imperious Leader please tell me about your Great War Game.
I apologize, I should have been more helpful but didn’t have time before. Try looking under “Great War” in the Variants section ( I think search is still disabled). You could also PM him for info.
