I’m hosting 2 simultaneous AAPac1940 games at my house next Saturday.
The rules seem to imply you can build a new airbase or naval base on an island without having any troops stationed there, as long as you owned territory at start of turn.
Is this true?
I had an old World at War (unauthorized) expansion that started the game at 1939. Included were small sized industrial centers that are perfect for the level 3 industrial centers. I just use the older industrial centers for the level 10’s.
Would have been nice to have such things included in a “cadillac-priced” game.
Both BB and CV’s take 2 hits to sink. Get repaired for free if they end turn in friendly naval base.
This means they keep their one hit before they get back to base.
My only question: Is there any loss in functionality for either of the ships when damaged?
For instance, BB unable to bombard, CV only holds one plane(or no planes)?
