I agree with gargantua key for Japans victory is ruining the allies economy. For China you need to capture yunnan and keep the coastal territories. For UK pacific you need to take malay and all their territories in DEI then you can easily take Calcutta. And for anzac it doesnt matter if you want to take Sidney or Honolulu just destroy anzac navy so they will build more navy and USA might send fleet there so you might get opportunity to land on hawaiji.

You should film the game and upload it on youtube so people can see some good strategies because at the moment there arent many A&A 1940 videos.

I will say no I dont think this would be good idea.

For anzac you should give one task maybe defending dei or philippines

Can I play pacific 1940 with alpha 3+ setup and pacific NOs and the rule that USA gets +40ipc

Does it work well if I play only the pacific with alpha 3+ rules and setups but with pacific NOs

USA gets something like 72 with NOs and it doenst get 50 boost to West coast ipc. I havent heard of bidding in this game but there might be rules for it.

My friend played with Germany and Italy he  did not do sealion but used almost all forces to attack SU SU did fall easily but Britain and USA were succefull in taking Normandy in fifth turn but still we couldnt take Paris where he massed all Italian forces he abandoned africa so he didnt lose france and after he had conguered SU he used his remaining forces to take cairo through caucasus so what should I have done with Britain and my friend with USA so he wouldnt have won?

If USA does an ambhibious assault can British ships in same sea zone take a part in shore bombardment?

Is it really good idea to attack Russia with Japan in alpha 2 my friend once tried it and it didnt go pretty well

Im playing with my friends today and one of them is playing the game for first time his playing Soviet union so could you tell me some simpple Soviet strategies that he could use.

Are there any rule changes for alpha 3?

I have taken it and south Italy the same turn but ii was only because axis failed with dices but there were still like 6 turns of fighting before we could take Berlin.
