True, but this makes each player work harder to defend their capital, and again, something for every player to work harder for.

On strategic bombing runs I’ve decided to play with the rule that if the bomber or bombers score a hit, that Industrial Complex is destroyed and removed from the board and that country must pay 15 I.P.C.'s to buy a new one. Does anyone have an opinion on this?

On East and West, by Imp Games, each neutral country has a prearranged force setup as well. China, the Arab League, and the OAS all have different territories with a different amount of units. Just thought you’d like to know.

Well, the way I see it, it gives each player a much bigger something to fight for, hopefully making them take more risks, which should make the game more interesting. However, again, that’s just the way I see it.

I was wondering if anyone has ever considered using the rule that if your capital is taken, all of your pieces except for your AA guns and I.C.'s are permanetly removed from the board and you are out of the game? I believe it makes the game a whole lot simpler and less stressful.

Well, obviously by my screen name, my favorite nation to play as is the United Kingdom. I know that a lot of people feel that the U.K.'s part in A&A is small, but that is far from the truth. Without the U.K., the Allies would not have a sufficient place to stage the invasion of Europe from. The main reason that I enjoy playing the United Kingdom so much is because of their huge influence all across the board. Five out of seven continents are influenced by them and I enjoy having that power under my command. The Soviet Union is probably my least favorite country to play as considering that the only time you’re usually on the offensive is in Asia. I hope that many other people do the poll and continue to respond to this post. By, the way, do you like it in Kuwait? I had an uncle that lived their until August 1990.

So when do you think we’ll be able to post our strategies/house rules?

East and West from impgames is very good. It takes place in the Cold War era. There’s a few things that aren’t to great about it though, like a paper board. You can purchase it at www.impgames.com.

Very well I stand corrected I just read the rules again just for you. Lol. However, I know that you aren’t god.

I am pretty much always able to save both of my battleships. The German player usually always concentrates his or her attention on USSR and that helps me a bunch. I know that it’s mostly Russia’s fault that Germany still has a navy in the Baltic Sea by this time but I suppose that is partially my fault as well. I’ll try to do better in the future. Thanks for the help with the transport problem. :D :D
