RE: Enhanced Weapons Development Chartposted in House Rules
When atomic bombs are used on East and West, five units are automatically removed from the board and the value of that territory is decreased by one after that country’s every move (Or something like that 8) ).

RE: Whats a good way to stop the japanese from taking over chinaposted in Axis & Allies Classic
I know most people would disagree with me, but a Soviet invasion into Manchuria has kind of given the Japanese more reason to concentrate on the Soviet’s than on the Americans. Hope this helps :D .

RE: Strongest countryposted in Axis & Allies Classic
I’d have to say Germany because of its military and economic strength at the beginning of the game. Plus, Africa is a good way to improve more of that economy :D .

I generally make a combined assault with my forces in Yakut and Soviet Far East on Manchuria. Gives the Russians some influence in Asia and also makes the Japanese income go down by 3.

RE: The TWISTED axis and allies!!!posted in Axis & Allies Classic
Once when playing the A&A Italian version, I had Italy attack Germany because the Allies were losing badly. So Italy ended up controlling Berlin and all of Africa except F.Madagascar. If you’re playing with the Italians and their capital is captured, you could make a rule that they automatically go to the Allies’ side. However, that’s another topic 8) .

RE: Help with a Star Trek A&A variantposted in Other Axis & Allies Variants
Hey, sorry I haven’t been on for awhile. I just don’t like the DS9 rule. I am thinking about adding mines as a special weapon, or maybe minelayer ships. So if the Federation wanted to mine the DS9 sector, they can. Same goes for any power in any territory. I was thinking of having the mines acting as AA guns. If you role a 1, one enemy vessel is destroyed. In my opinion, 10 I.P.C.'s and the only way between the Alpha and Gamma Quadrants makes this sector important enough.

I know that many people don’t like this rule, but how about the rule stating that industrial complexes can be destroyed on industrial bombing runs.

RE: Number of unitsposted in Axis & Allies Classic
Armor-10, fighters-10, subs-6, transports-6, battleships-3, aircraft carriers-2, bombers-3. However, I don’t know about the infantry since all of my country’s have 17 infantry, but yet Britain only has 14. Does anyone know if I should have 17 infantry for Britain, or if they were just given 14? Thanks. Hope this helps.
