@dawgoneit i would get one of those screen recorders and share a recording of what’s happening so we can sus it out

@dawgoneit there is no built-in screen recording for windows 7 you will need to download a 3rd party app but they are pretty easy to use and many are free. i am not pc so i can not personally recommend any particular app
