      @trulpen yes it is possible. Click “View” then “Edit Map Font and Color” and enter a higher number into the font field. I set mine to 18, and it makes the unit numbers very easy to read.

      I know. Still want to take advantage of the abscence of serious can-openers.

      Hell, it’s a learning game. I know the most solid thing is to conserve and prepare for the take-down. However, the Iraq-strategy is in line with the northern push.

      Anything G uses to counter the north will be drawn away from the grand price. As are most of our (rather mine, since I guess I’m alone in this prospect) resources up north.

      I’ll try it out and hope for the best, gladly exposing myself to a torrent of blame.

      Yes, problem was that I had planned to safe guard Rome, which is why I attacked N Italy with the italians instead of the germans. When Germany was going that was what I started to excecute, but then I found out I had to let go. Wish I’d be better to evaluate these positions and plan accordingly. Also attacking with less italian force would’ve been good. Now I kind of screwed up, I guess.

      Overwhelmed, maybe. But not for certain. Looks also rather like Japan will save the day. Has become a minor monster, but growing, and the Allied Navy in Pacific is kind of fragile and mainly disposed for defense.

      I’ll give this an hour before finalizing.

      If someone gives a clear argument, which I support, of not doing this, I’m open to change it.

      For clarity: The difference will be 3 mech in Stalingrad, air in Moscow and no blocker in Belarus.

      Actually New Dehli was the capital of India from 1931, right? Here there could also be a choice if New Dehli should be the UK-Pac capital and then it would be hidden inland and not exposed to amphibious attacks. Not sure that would be a good change, or maybe it would.

      Ok, it’s bold, but consider the Russian turn finalized. We won’t let a little set-back deter us from the greater glory, right? No-one remembers a coward. Right? :grin:

      (Intentionally referring to the beginning of this game were I got the cowardice mark on my forehead.)

      Seem to look alright. Had 33. Changed that repair on the nb (completely useless atm, the repair just happened to stuck) and switched the inf to a mech. 3 repair of ab, 1 ac, 1 fig, 1 mech = 33.

      Subs only “Hit” below a 3, so you’ve got a 50/50 shot to even hit. Statistically we can assume that one die hits and one misses usually, then the average between 1, 2, and 3 is 2. Could be wrong though

      Then it would be 4.

      For some reason I calculated with 1,5 per sub.

      The mean value for one sub should be 2.
