      @Timothy-Gengarella the lightning war ability only provides an extra combat and non combat phase; Germany doesn’t get a whole second turn.

      Hi @Timothy-Gengarella, I never found good printable artillery files for A&A so I drew up a few, including a generic “Advanced Artillery” piece for use in systems that use them, including GW36.

      @timothy-gengarella In OOB, Netherlands would go German. With the Diplomacy expansion, they would go British. But most players put in restrictions that an attack by a major on a minor must have an actual attack of some sort to prevent it from being taken advantage of.

      @timothy-gengarella But there is nothing to stop you from added more factories in Manchuria but because Japan has naval supremacy in that region. It is smarted to just shuck with transports from the homeland.

      @timothy-gengarella Exciting! Yeah, a lot of the basic concepts can hopefully come quickly. They aren’t so unlike A&A where you can’t adjust.

      The biggest thing will just be remembering some of the intricacies from turn to turn. Remembering recruitment rolls, remembering tech rolls, remembering the terrain feature penalties/bonuses, etc.

      Also, try and get out of the A&A mindset of taking the capital wins the game. It’s truly more focused on the victory conditions needed. I know our first few games it was hard to not just focus on taking on capitals as the primary goal, when it doesn’t necessarily need to be that way here!
