      What would be the best Russian response? My first impression would be to just infantry up and supa-stack Moscow, but is that the best strategy?

      For about 4 rounds now I was always telling myself that if you didn’t get the Pac win the next round you wouldn’t be able to, but you kept the pressure!

      I think I should have been able to manage the Japan victory if I had played more carefully. As is, you’ve got a huge advantage, and I’m scrapping for a way to come up with a victory here. Ah well, whatever happens, this has been a fun game :-D

    • German bomber strategy - How to play and How to counter

      There’s been a bit of a buzz recently regarding the German strategy of flooding Europe with bombers, most notably championed by dizz and bmnielson (others may use it also, those are just the ones I’ve seen)

      So let’s kick off a discussion about it:

      1. How do you use it effectively?

      2. How do you respond effectively?

      Some may prefer to keep their strategies and such secret, which is fine. For those of us who’d like to share our experience and opinions to make each other better gamers, fire away!

      Yeah, it’s crazy that Germany is even still relevant at this point. You did a good job shutting down Italy and threatening European landings quickly.

      I’ll very likely be launching every possible unit at Hawaii with Japan, but will need to study the move later tonight to confirm that. In case you don’t see my post in time, may I assume no scramble if I all-in Hawaii? I suppose you don’t need to answer now if you think it disadvantages you, but I’d much rather get the dice rolled before I go to bed.
