    • Who is attacker and defender in Sea Battles?

When you build sea units in a SZ adjacent to an IC with enemy surface warships, your opponent has to choose to retreat or conduct combat their turn. Because units from both sides were in the sea zone at the beginning of the turn, who is the attacker and who is the defender?
      Thanks

    • Ground Units vs Air Units

      Noob here,
wondering why ground units (infantry, artillery, tanks) can take out fighters and bombers. This makes AAA obsolete, as infantry costs less and has a greater attack value against air units. I understand that ground units had anti-air weaponry, but it still doesn’t make sense why a tank is on equal footing in 1v1 combat with an attacking fighter. Thanks.
