      @the_good_captain Yes. From page 16 of the Rulebook:

      During this step, Axis land units move and patrolling Allied fighters react. Each fighter in a region rolls to strafe each Axis unit moving into or out of that zone, including reinforcements. The Axis player indicates all units that are moving, then the Allies fire one at a time against target units.

      @ragnell804

      this is the first game where I played as the CP and nearly all of the critical battles were in favor of the CP. Some of them were blow outs. I have seen this occur for the Entente two-three times with the inverse result. In any case.

      Armistice accepted. We goin’ again? hah!

      @domanmacgee right, there was a 4% chance of that not happening and I guess we drew the far end of the 1% where it doesn’t, hah!

      yes, I will now take you up on that mulligan you offered earlier, lol. I record notes for every game. ours are becoming quiet colorful.

      @ragnell804 All hits must be applied. The transport is destroyed. If the Ottomans had scored only 1 hit, the Italians could have broken off the attack and saved the transport, at least for the time being.

      @the_good_captain They are inactive, since, per the FAQ, original Russian territories that are controlled by the Central Powers at the time of the armistice are considered to have no original controller for the remainder of the game.

      @the_good_captain It is only during the pre-emptive artillery strike that tanks don’t cancel hits. Per the following paragraph, the land combat is conducted normally, except for battleship bombardment.

      @the_good_captain All of those things may be done. Central Powers units may move into and out of shared territories freely, with the only restriction being that they must maintain at least one infantry unit there.

      @eze thanks for a great game eze. This was very helpful and I learned a sh*t ton from you in just this one game. You’ve been very gracious. How would you like to play our next game if you were interested? Would you like to play live? Did you want to try the CP? Let me know my friend. I’ll play it however you like.

      @domanmacgee well written. Well, it IS a noob mistake if you screaming, “wait, what?!” in your head ;) lol. But that’s how you learn (esp with this RR rule - man o man) I will keep what you just said in the above in mind and actually PLAN that outcome in next time, heh. Still, outside of that, I learned quite a bit in this game. That RR rule is confusing the H out of me though. I’m having difficulty understanding how best to utilize it…or if its even interesting as regards outcomes for one side or the other. Setting up is kinda weird.

      since play by forum is busted, just play by email through TripleA - self explanatory after that

      yes a cease fire for the rest of the day is in order - hope you had a good weekend.

      @kwaspek104 absolutely. I aim to cover the rules, yes but also illustrate their implications. I will try to demonstrate different common situations and the most “proper” responses. Who understands this rule better will have a massive advantage, which is kinda lame imo. That being said, I think it is the most thought provoking and nuanced optional rule in the entire canon. Personally, I love it. It is incredible how much tension and excitement it creates - its almost an over the board negotiation. Both sides have a say in what happens and when. It’s not up to any one side’s control. I mean, the CP can always DENY the offer and carry on crushing Russia. Nuts.
