Can a transport unload one of two infantry in the NCM phase? Or must it deploy both?
Does this rule apply in all versions of axis and allies (excluding Guadalcanal)? If so, is it stated more clearly in another game manual or FAQ?
Is the following move legal?
Two infantry load onto a transport in the combat movement phase. The transport then moves and lands one troop in an enemy territory. The other stays on the transport (intentionally).
Do both troops have to unload into the enemy territory to make the move legal or can one land in the enemy territory and the other stay on the transport?
