how do you give karma

I saw somthing similar on here thought i’d start a new one. Okay one time I had a Imperal sgt (i think) I was japan my enemy was russia. (for some reason he didn’t get armor so I won) but anyway I got one of his units disrupted the before so he couldn’t move. I used hand-to-Hand 12 and got 12 out of 12.

Has anyone considered a scenario of Bastogne before if so could you help me put pieces together (ie # of units that were used there such as the men and tanks, halftracks) If you have an idea of any help for me please post for me and ill try to add it to the scenario.
