looking for a 41 game, NO no tech battlemap, inhouse dicey

is there a downloadable version of the rules out there somewhere?

we see the new national objectives seem to add a lot to the game but what about national advantages like in revised……was that replaced by the NOs?

i dissagree gamer, nix placing the ic in saf is what beat us, even though it did eventually fall, japan was way to slow in getting to russia which is what nix and randmacts intended
