      I haven’t done any combat rolls yet, but in setting up this amphibious assault I didn’t think scramble was possible. I think maybe I’m confusing a rule (maybe the one about the kamikazes not being able to be applied to transports, fighters, or subs?) , or is scramble possible for you? If I need to bring escort I’ll bring the 11 fighters from sz 33.

      FYI I added the 20 IPC to America for the factory upgrade I bought last round. I don’t think it’s possible for me to have a valid placement for it. The Mexico idea didn’t work because the territory value is only 2 and it needs to be 3. Actually I just realized I can edit the Central America factory to a minor and place the major there in a future turn.
