Japan should try and hit every colony she possibly can that is controlled by the UK, and make a push towards india, it’s a good foot hold to reinforce africa and get russia up the a :-D :-D

yea, if i was playing allies, i would have us fly bombers over to the uk and then hit the tank stacks if it looks like the russian lines are going to break, maybe accompanied with a uk landing force. uk would be able to have Battleships and transports ready to hit France/Germany before Rusia would fall.  Japan landing in India could help Germany though, Japan would probably have to assist in Africa also, but then the US would be able to help in Europe without major Japanese forces in the Pacific

i think they would be defensless if the defender rolls enough to kill the other warships and still has enough rolls left to hit the transports, dont hold me to that, but it makes sense to me.

i like your idea critmonster, i could just help send enough reinforcements to assist in the invasion of egypt and maybe a small air fleet to help sink the british navy in the area

i think it would be really cool if you got a bonus for capping a specific vc, like an ipc bonus for the turn you capped it or maybe being able to place units on the territory if it had an ic on it

we always play 18 vc’s so it’s almost always total war

how many troops should i devote to russia, im thinking about having japan also pressure the us fast so that they cannot help defend the uk

the next game i am playing the two best players in our play group decided to be allies,one is the us and the other the uk, i want to kill the uk right away and get them out of the game. I was thinking i could send a small Luftwaffe down to help clear out Egypt and knock down their IPC’s

That makes alot of sense, I thingk the main point of the Italien fleet is to have transports to bridge into Egypt and the other ships are to defend it.  Italy could potentionally become a power if it holds NO’s, conquer UK’s colonies (which hurts UK big time if Japan does the same in the Pacific), and just hold out until Russia Falls.  If Russia falls, my friend who is Germany is gonna block off the Atlantic and let me capture UK to gain it’s IC and IPC’s to help attack the U.S.

My friends and I rolled for teams, and I got stuck with Italy, I was wondering if anybody had any ideas kuz italy deffinately cant be a power unless it controls Africa and possibly India
