1 days, 17 hours and 12 minutes
You guys REALLY need to find a hobby or go on a walk or get laid or smoke a spliff or write a letter to your congressman or put dog shit on a dollar and leave it on the sidewalk to see who picks it up or get some exercise or visit your favorite dead rock star/movie star/porn star at the cemetary or shoot some targets or…. you see, there are alot of things.
Especially you, switch… however, I am willing to bet, Jen has ya beat. :|

RE: Former pastor Jeremiah Wright and Obama the Greyposted in General Discussion
I think it was genuine as well… however, it is a crappy deal that he would have to devote an entire speech over the words of ONE person (I don’t count that other woman with the black remark)… it gives a striking picture of how “swaying” the American people can be. We as a whole can truly be suckers as in highschool when somebody feels like stirring up a hornet’s nest of crap.
Almost every politician, it seems has to bat down every little event in his/her pre-political life on order to keep a mob from gobbling him up. It’s sickening… but then again, it’s reality.
For me, I am more interested in his public record than I am interested in what some preacher has to say. What wasted time… for Obama… for everyone.

@Cmdr:
I’ve been an escort before. If men want to pay $500/hr for some TLC, what’s wrong with me for taking it?
I bet none of you saw that one coming.
Stuka says, you’re welcome everyone.

I still have my old pic, but two of the moderators asked me to take it down over a year ago.
And I think prostitution should be legal. If a man and a woman agree to exchange services for a price, what harm is there? Massage is legal!
I’m callin’ Jen. She will be my prostitute.
I’ve been away from this site too long.

RE: I'll always tell you. the "most tolerant" are always not.posted in General Discussion
not many. i count two. and then it took a thousand+ years and america to bring it back.
and both democracies spawned civilizations which had a great impact for the world and knowledge and spreading of ideas. same with america.
yeah, and then they fell… are we going to fall? It’s hard to determine whether or not a nation with such an amazing amount of power will fall. Yet, history has proven every nation has… Roman… Ottoman… French… German… they all went down.
Don’t worry, I have my fingers crossed for us.
Ooops off topic.
Oookay,…

@Cmdr:
I find it humorous that someone finds it fascist to have dress codes in public schools.
Honestly, if you force the kids to dress up, they tend to pay attention more. It also solves a lot of arguments before they even happen because no one can have the “in” clothing or wear racially, sexually, religiously, whatever inoffensive attire to class and thus, no argument about it.
I’d love to see a return to boys and girls dressing up for school. Not in their Sunday best, but at least in casual or professional attire.
I understand your point, Jen. But schools other than private, have NO right to tell a parent what the child MUST wear. Next thing you know, they’ll have dress codes for going to public markets, parks,… anything and everything that is of public use. That, my dear, IS facism. There are other alternatives outside of enforced dress codes to get children to pay attention.

RE: I'll always tell you. the "most tolerant" are always not.posted in General Discussion
happens everyday. especially in “tolerant” san fran or berkely or some other God forsaken area.
Just wondering bung, what are you comparing these to?
I know plenty of communities in the south that still segregate churches, schools and disallow functions such as school dances… enforce “dry” laws in counties… enforce dress codes in public schools… do not practice Equal Oppertunity Employment… regulates radio stations musical content… the list goes on.
You tell me how the tolerance of S.F or Berkeley or any other city with your underlying accusations have a more facist background the our RED southern Christian bretheren?

RE: Company of Heroesposted in Other Games
Opposing Fronts is just as good as its original counterpart. The only downside about it is many of the campaign missions sort of lack “optional strategies” forcing the player to make limited choices.
The two new factions (Panzer Elite and British) are both very different than the American and Werhmact. Brits are a VERY defensive type faction while the PE are extremely fast and light.
Still it is by far a good buy. I have gotten my money’s worth and then some.

RE: Immunity for Telecoms or National Security?posted in General Discussion
It’s just another thing the government wishes to pass so that they may get away with more. I understand it has a “good intention”, however, if someone abuses such a power, they will never be convicted. For the strong sentiment of punishing those who could potentially spy on U.S. citizens, I would think cons would at the very least modify the existing eaves dropping law.

RE: Presidential Election (as a current event- watch the tone or it's gone)posted in General Discussion
As far as I am concerned if it ends up with Obama vs McCain, it will be the first election ever in which I will be happy with whoever wins. Romney is out, good. Now if only Hillary bombs out, I will be celebrating a victory. It won’t matter to me who is elected between O and M. They are both good enough for me despite where I agree and disagree on their stances of various issues.
