      @JDOW:

      Well, at least you won the 76% battle, after the first round your odds of even winning were terrible, so the turnaround prevented a disaster.

      You in fact can land planes on newly build carriers. I guess this was a problem with that changing ownership thing after UK pacific units were build. I will check this out.

      But as round 1 is not complete yet, Ill give you another advice;)
      There is no merit to put the fighters on the carrier. They can stay at India and have 1 additional movement from there. so in terms of range it is the same anyway.

      I didn’t even think about airbases… wow haha. yeah I was like lets just get some hits and I nailed them. you seem to have skrong strategy. I am a newb. but I am learning and that’s whats fun

      the edit mode was because I thought fighters could land on new carriers but then they disappeared then I found out you could not. so then I edited to add the fighters back to india and move the battleship over. Taranto was a disaster for me haha it will be fun to rebound.

      Please note about the sub in sz6:

      If you decide to attack the sub you can consider the seazone hostile and attack the sub while moving units out of the seazone during combat move phase in order to avoid combat. So you could move a destroyer anywhere you want.

      However the transports in sz6 can only leave the sz during combat move phase if the move results into combat.
      This means: In case you decided to attack the sub the transports participate in the battle and in this case you can not do non combat movement with the transports in sz6.
