If you wouldn’t have gone there is there was only 1 transport- then feel free to place your submarine elsewhere.
However, I don’t believe he sin peril where he currently resides.
I had two transports in the Atlantic and two in the pacific. I left one in the Atlantic, sacrificed the other to aid Hawaii and put the other two with my fleet in SZ64.
There should be two- one form Hawaii and one form Atlantic.
