I guess I should have mentioned that I am playing the older version that plays just like the board game, version 3.1.  I am not sure that what I want to do can be done on this version.  I do not play online, I just play against the computer.  Sorry I wasn’t more specific on my original post.

I want to play one country (US, Germany, Great Britain, etc) and try to conquere the world.  Now, of course, what ever side I am on, once they have captured the other capitols, the game ends.  I want to be able to, as a single country, after defeating the enemy, turn on my allies.  This is some thing that has always appealed to me.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
