I dunno. I downloaded the save before you posted the error and worked fine for me. My guess would have to be either the download of the save game from the forum was funky and the file was incomplete.

Yeah, that illustrates the trouble with waiting on Sea Lion, but note that I buy a LOT of mechs with Russia. If Russia is sticking with slow moving infantry it might be fine - still they invade Romania, etc, but easier to push them back out.

Actually the i4j_jres folder has never been installed by the original Java installer itself.
It was instead part of an older TripleA installation that came bundled with it.
So the original Java installer can’t “know” about that “wild” version and thus can’t remove it.
This is why you have to clean that up manually.

Good game as well, you fought well and at one point I thought you were going to get it done with Japan!

I could not fight Japan back + staying alive in Europe; sooner or later I would have been overran by these 20 tanks  :-P

In this game, well the pressure in Europe didn’t work the way I wanted and sure fought well  :-)

I don’t know Icha; I believe BM3 is not that balanced for the allies and I have read about it and I am very sceptical.

If you want to try BM3 with me, we can do it in a non league game and no bid on either side.

I still prefer to play G40 sec ed tho.
