What happens when lend lease passes enemy ships, the rules don’t say?

Where’s Sophiedog2 ?  NO.  the 39 setups are not out. The Anzac is for the 36 setup which is out only if you buy the game.

The German sheet mentions an optional Slovakian resistance rule, but no rule is in the book. Is there a rule?

Is there also  a setup for the 1939 simpler senario?

on there Facebook page. Hopefully the delay will be brief.

The map might be a little delayed I think, but hopefully the rules will be up today, the sooner the better.
