In our 4 last games, we’ve tried the SiredBlood tactic without going to London (but still buying transports to scare the UK and drop on Leningrad).
Every game Axis are losing because Germany cant progress further than the first line of Bessarabia, Eastern Poland, Baltic States, and Leningrad because of Russia buying 6/7 tanks every round and putting everything in Bryansk for a counter-attack, additionally the UK doing middle-earth tactic and he can support Russia with planes (also the US doing beachhead/floating bridge and drops on Italy or western Germany on round 5-6).
We cant understand how to beat Russia with Germany and Also survive the US invasion.
Here are some pictures of our last game (end of round 6), what are we doing wrong?

RE: Axis are underpowered.
@marshmallowofwar thank you for your advice, I will try it on tripleA and tell you what I think.
But I think that there’s a problem because if you take all of Russia you still need another victory city.

In this game, we’ve tried Calcutta crush as japan but it was our first time so the UK blocked 2 times Japan with Indian ships+ Anzac ships so he couldn’t get it in time but also in the near few round.
The problem is that Germany can’t progress because of possible Soviet counter-attacks, the Russian player got 27 tanks in the 6th round for a counter-attack with reinforcement with 13 infantry, a couple of mechs, and some planes + British fighters and tac.bombers so Germany couldn’t attack Ukraine without Russia taking it back (and when he tried Russia took it back and Germany attacked it so you can see the result).
Because of the Taranto raid, Italy is paralyzed in Africa so he cant threat Egypt (in this game Italy was very lucky with the Taranto raid) and in round 4 USA comes to Med and in rounds 6-8 italy is dead because of Floating-Bridge.
The only hope for the Axis is Japan, but the J1 attack kills immediately European Axis powers so he have to do Calcutta Crush or some late J attacks, and because of that I cant understand why japan has to win and the European powers have no chances against the Allies. -

Loading and offloading units in the same NON-COMBAT move.
Can you load a land unit and then offload it in the same NON-COMBAT move? because I’m watching GeneralHandGreande middle earth strategy video, and he loads and offloads a land unit during the same NON-COMBAT move.
