      What game is this and is it on triplea?

      game is based on the map of world at war, rules are vXXX.
      this means everything is possible, paratrooper, fuel, trains, proper transportsystem, sbr until destruction, escort and intercept, radar, airfields that give full movement, construction, recruits, etc…see game notes. also a manual is available.
      its a game for experienced players and from all aaa maps it is the highest challenge, because you can combine all kind of warfare like realworld.
      and due that typically 30 turns are played the turns are arranged ideal for pbem, so that all parties are played in 1 turn together.
      due to this the game depends not mainly on blocking units or collecting factories or stupid units piling, the whole strategy of resources, reinforcement and war tactics is the key.
      so here not only pus will win, the whole package wins.

      with the new version of triplea 1.8.0.11, where the maps are at github, you get the latest version of this.

      If you need to install the maps manually, they are located at:
      Simply download the zip and move it to that folder.  No need to unzip if the zip file is properly set up.
