    • Seriously?

Guys I have been reading these posts for awhile and I am getting tired of people whining about possible Europe 40 glitches…Yes I agree that pacific is broken but can you honestly say that playtesters didnt see the UK attack on Italy or the RN getting destroyed first turn? Even the Sealion?? In the Rulebook It states that Sealion is a very concievable option and LH did that on purpose. If you can find that it is broken just by playing it for a day then we have so little faith in the developers as possible. I personnally love this game and think that it was designed beautifully. I know that not all of you are whining and I know that Im newer to the boards so go ahead and rip me a new one. But stop trying to find the “faults” to the game… LH is smarter than you think

    • RE: AAE40 is a wonderful game like AAP40 ( edited out thanks to only 4 fighters)

2 house rules my group used to blosk this after we figured this out 2 days ago was that when london is taken US goes to war because cmon… if it was the US congress would totally go to war… and Canada can still buy thing with their $7… not a lot for england but it helps

    • RE: Axis or Allies Wins in Those Who Have Played Global…List them here.

3 games… 2 allied wins but then our 3 best players played the axis and won as the axis… it seems that the only way to win is to do sealion… I only say that because briton can destroy the italian fleet and buy an ic in egypt making it impregnable… and take some fighters from india… but it is possible to win with a good italy player (me) makin $45 a turn. Italy has the potential to do great things… if it can get past egypt. Or at least thats what happened in my expperiance

    • France's colonies?

The subject is somewhat misleading but I have a quick question… If a country like france lost their capital, can their allies like america and britain capture their territories… But once france is reliberated they get them back… this applies to other coutries of course but i was just thinking of global

      thanks!

    • Send ships to Pacific side?

Would sending the two destroyers from S Africa (British and French) and the cruiser from South America (British) to the Pacific change anything to balance? just a thought…

    • RE: AAE40 G2-3 Sealion Strategy!!!

There may be an exception to Americans helping England because Roosevelt, even though not at war, encouraged citizens to go to Britain to help out the British. This allowed America to help and stay neutral. This being said a G1 Sea-lion would be the only feasible option because the British tac bomber can land from Gibraltar the bombers from central America could fly over to add fodder and the Canadians can add a tank and a guy. even without America the British could  still do just a normal buy and group their boats to block or destroy the German fleet. I do not see Sea Lion happening unless the English player is terrible or Germany is incredibly lucky

    • Russian size

      Wow first post…

Anyways so I did some calculations and if I’m correct then Russia is going to be roughly 40-44 inches in length and about 15-17 inches tall… Thats freaking huge… Just thought that was interesting
