      We talked about it with other players and Canada’s NO is going to small but concentrated to its role which is why the three I said were most likely going to be it.

      NO for units in France
      NO for no Axis subs in the SZ’s between UK and Canada
      NO for a surface warship off UK Asian territories

      This next one seems dumb but it works for history

      NO for having at least one infantry in Aleutian Islands.

      In addition to forces above I’ll send the strategic bomber from England and fighters if their still around from the scramble for your fleet.  If you send the fighters from England you have to commit your carrier. Lose those fighters 1st if you feel you might retreat.  This gives you two additional fighters and a bomber.

      Rockets for Revised from different AA Guns are not allowed to target the same factory as a one which has already been selected. Why is this? I can’t see it in the rules. Doesn’t look like it was done accidentally though.

      v5 doesn’t have tech in the rulebook but it works the same as revised.

      Surely not because of the annoying bug which allows you to see the damage before selecting the second rocket’s target?

      The rule has been part of the official FAQ that had been published by Wizards/Avalon:

      @Revised:

      Pgs. 20-21, Rocket Strikes: Delete the sentence “Choose an industrial complex within 3 spaces
      and roll one die for each gun; however, each gun can inflict no more IPC loss than the territory’s
      income value.” Replace it with “In each territory, one antiaircraft gun may attack an industrial
      complex within 3 spaces, though each industrial complex may be attacked by only one rocket
      launcher in a turn
      . The maximum loss each rocket can inflict is the target territory’s income value.”

      Same for Anniversary Edition by the way:

      Page 12, Breakthrough Chart 1 - Rockets: The following sentence should be added: “In each turn,
      only one AA gun per territory may launch rockets, and each industrial complex can be attacked by only
      one rocket launcher.”

      Oh, now I know what you mean because of your subsequent post.
      I thought you meant the economics of Axis vs. Allies in the game.

      The economic situation of the USA would have been just fine with blockades.

      thanks, good game to you too, I thought you were going to put up an IC much earlier in Egypt and crush me in the Middle East, but I think the dice gave me just enough breathing room to delay there, I liked what you did with taking all of the American islands in the Pacific, I was so afraid to move my fleet anywhere cause your planes could always land…

      One thing I learnt from this game is that you can be better off holding off on the Moscow assault to retake Norway. Flying fighters to Moscow is a real problem for Germany.

      In my opinion, you actually spent far too much effort trying to reconquer Norway. If you had poured those resources into killing Moscow, especially after my serious blunder on R3 (or 4 if it was 4), you probably would have won. True, you would have lost Finland, but it would have taken me several turns to push you out of Leningrad. By that time you could have destroyed the Russian resistance. Go back at any point and add the mechs and artillery you had in Finland to your attack on Moscow – you would have easily won the battle. Then you would have been fighting a two front war instead of a three front war.

      Yeah, I thought I had enough to retake Norway but you kept reinforcing more than I expected. Same problem in Moscow.

      Yeah, I guess so. And in Game I you went after them pretty hard with Russia. I don’t think I’ve seen that strategy being so aggressively pursued before. Seems to work.

      If you can keep Japan at bay, it’s a big deal. Big difference in USA spend between strong Japan and weak Japan.

      I view the early Soviet involvement against Japan as an investment (more help on USA Atlantic, from UK Pacific and more less likelihood of getting Soviet income chopped up)
