If the players agreed to the change in order, the agreement should stand.  Why should the Axis assume France would not make the attack if the order has been changed.  Have the online moves been being submitted as if France was going in it’s original order?

Again, I will unfortunately not be giving this map to anyone else, so people can stop emailing or sending me a PM asking for the map anyways.  Hell, they said I couldn’t even print it for myself for flippin’ sake!  Man, this has really put me a bad mood….

I applaud your honesty and concern for the property rights of others.  It is unfortunate that WOTC has taken this stand but there may be legal reason for them to do so.

It may be that you can accomplish the same goal using maps available in the public domain, thereby averting any copyrights infringement.  You are afterall changing (improving) some of the other information on the maps.

So the Soviet fleet is not free to sail out through the Danish Straights to pre-position and defend SZ125 (unless the Germans foolishly alow it).

R1 you have got to stage most of them at Buryatia with a few on Sakha and 2 on Amur.  This allows a counterpunch to Amur and Siberia if Japan declares war.  Staging them all in Amur leaves a big juicy target for Japan and should lead to their immediate and total destruction.  What happens form there is depenent on Axis strategy.
