      OK, I have a couple technical questions before I do USA.

      What is the mechanism to upgrade the US factories?

      I think, from what I saw in the German turn, that AAA does allow non-combat movement to occupy pro-alliance neutrals.

      I’m going to proceed with my turn based on these assumptions.  I think the maps are fully “editable” anyways, so hopefully any mechanical errors can be fixed.

      ok, I’ll scramble the fighter from scotland to z11.  OOL will be tip, DD, CA, BB, Ft.

      I wont scramble into 110; that looks like a 1 rounder regardless so I’ll keep my planes for later.

      Zhukov commented on the air build, I think it keeps Japan honest or risks losing its navel advantage on USA 2 to a 4 fighter 4 bomber strike on zone 62. This is the first time I can remember having bombers left for an actual attack on japan

      well, bit better for me round two, but not enough.

      I’ll conceed the win to you now.  I am about to go on vacation for two weeks and I have had enough trouble playing this summer as it is.

      Good luck the rest of the way, when I saw your move this morning I thought AH HA!  he finally made a mistake that might get me back in the game, but the dice didn’t fall my way today.
