I like your idea on the germans key to victory. I have found it very effective to buy a bomber a turn and use all of them to bomb the IPC’s right out of the russians. I also buy bombers with the japenese and bomb the russians with that. I really find now need for africa but if possible I could use the IPC’s. I really need some tips in africa because I find it hard to hold of the russians for the first few turns and I don’t have enough money for Africa.

New rulesposted in Axis & Allies Revised Edition
Surrender-the defender may surrender all of his troops to the enemy before each round of combat. The remaining infantry have a movement of 1 under the enemies control during non-combat movement. If you capture a territory where your prisoners are or prisoners from your team they are freed and remain in that territory. All armour or artillery are taken from the board and replaced with the capturers pieces. Fighters and bombers may now retreat at any time to a friendly country.
what do you think?

New Fighter rules
attack and defense is 3
They now fire before combat for every round and the units are automatically removed just like subs. The only way you may use this new ability is if you have “air superiority.”
air superiority is if you have more fighters than your opponent. They pair up one to one. If you attack with three fighters and they defend with two one of your fighters may use the new ability. Also for defenders an AA gun can also pair up with an attacking fighter. -

I think tanks are the best. They have the same A/D/M as desrtoyers but cost 7 ipc’s less. I wish you could have more.
