Hello,

My friend and I are getting into heated arguments over battleship shore bombardment.  I believe that shore bombardment cannot hit an air unit, as it states in the rules that shore bombardment only hits “land units”. My friend says this statement is only to reinforce that a battleship cannot battle in a sea battle and then do a bombardment.  He also states that the air unit is on the land when the battle starts so it is counted as a land unit.  I keep making the point that the game differentiates sea, air, and land units.  Please clarify for us.
