      Oh I see this is something to do with the casualties list? Well, first and last hit on the battleship. For the land battles the least valuable units, infrantry etc. first, most valuable last

      They could make a lot of interesting ideas! Especially on the 1939 map…

      I’d say Artillery, AA guns and infrantry can move 1 extra space.

      Rail markers and rail station markers work the same way except units can only hop off and on trains on territorries with rail station markers.

      They can only move through territorries adjacent to territorries with rail station markers or rail markers.

      They can not move on trains when their move ends on a territorry with only a rail marker. So you would always have something like this Rail station -> rail way -> rail station -> rail way -> rail station etc.

      They can be SBR’d up to 6 dmg points (like AB’s and NB’s).

      they would cost… I don’t know… Rail stations slightly more then rail ways. I’d say 6 and 9 (wich equals the 15 of a NB or AB) and give every capital or territory that starts with a major industry complex a rail way station marker and some territory in one of the most eastern soviet territorries as well… No rail ways yet.

      Maybe something like this?

      Or maybe make them cheaper… railways were fairly cheap to build… I’d like to see how it would balance things out tho… And I wonder how many at the same could move faster… Maybe 4 units at a time (at least 2 infrantry)?

      Hello, I cannot find enough time for myself or my friends to really play this game. It’s just sitting here hehe… I’ve looked at the forums and I thought I’d give this a try. This will be my first forum game so I might need some help. Any side is good for me.

      I live in Europe, if the time difference can be a concern.

      If Sweden is pro-allies you lose the Iron ore NO so if you attack Spain or Turkey you probably also want to take Sweden if you have Norway and Denmark.

      Offcourse that’s true! I would probably attack a lot more. I actually meant activating Spain or Turkey. My bad.

      But indeed, like Gargantua mentions, it doesn’t look like a that bad idea to go for Spain later on in the game. If you put up a force in Brazil and one invasion force for Venezuela, you can have all of South America in 2 turns + Spain and Portugal. UK can take Angola and Mozambique. The IC’s would be equally divided I think. The only difference is the allies will lose units in the progress, while the axis will gain. The Axis will probably also take Turkey wich can be a bitch for the Allies, but then the Allies would have spain wich can, with the addition of a naval base, ferry American units across in 1 turn.

    • When did you attack the true neutrals?

      And did it help?

      I’ve played but one game where my oponent attacked the true neutrals. It was with OOB rules and London was captured. He couldn’t get a foot in Europe and Germany also had the jet tech so it had massive fighters to fight of any ships comming close to london. He then decided to Land in Spain to get a foot in Europe. Safe to say it was a bad decision as I knocked him off instantly and gave me + I don’t know how many IPC’s and infrantries…

      Other then that I’ve never attacked them and neither have my oponents… I don’t think it’s a good choice anyway but… I could be wrong…

      When did you attack the true neutrals and when did it actually help you win the game? Or are there people who attack the true neutrals every game at some point? Wich are the usuals ones?

      I suppose if I ever had to attack the true neutrals, it would be either Spain or Turkey… I don’t really see the point in the others…

      Please no acting-cool or childish posts like: “attacking the true neutrals is for idiots” or arguing that we should never do it or something like that… I think most of the people agree that it’s usually a bad idea. This topic is for when it IS a good idea or for when it did turn out good.

      There’s no official alpha 3 rules for Europe. It’s best you play by yourself and add what you think is best. Opinions vary from player to player on this matter.

      Well I don’t think anyone ever plays until Rome as well as Berlin are captured. We play until we are sure that the axis cannot get their 6 VC’s. As soon as the axis can’t achieve that and are in the defensive. No point in playing against a bleeding beast and probably not fun for the axis player as well.
