Btw the first time an aligned neutral is activated it goes to the aligned power i.e. Albania goes to Italy. However, if it is taken over and then liberated then it goes to the power that liberated it. So in this case it should’ve gone to the US.
I edited the territory owner and gave the US 2 additional IPC.
