cool.  I am a slow paced person as I have 3 kids and a number of other cool hobbies…  Go being the number one hobbie at this time.

I would like to play my first game in 7 years.  I did play several PBEM games back then and played tons of FTF games as a teen.  I have the game I purchaced in 1986 which I believe is the second ed. rules.  I have also obtained the maping program AAAmap as well as signed up w/ DAAK.  I would prefer to play the rule set that I know, as well as the map if possible.

Any takers for my mentor?

Well, I am considering returning to this game after 7 years away.  I enjoyed the game a lot but couldn’t handle having a board set up on my desk all the time.  I have a PC now instead of a mac and thought that by now there must be programs to keep track of the game so you didn’t need to have a board.

Could someone direct me to the most commonly used interface for PBEM games.  I am most interested in AA and I don’t know which rule set I know.  I bought the game in 1986.
