I think they should go first like AA50 because it makes more sence. The allies should be responding to Axis attacks and not the other way around.

Only fighters can go on unless you play pacific 1940 then tac bombers can go on too. But for 42 only fighters.

youd have to have 2 transports then. It can be 2 inf 1 inf 1 arty/tank or 1 art/tank. Not 2 art/tank.

They can conquer territories with the Chinese Nationalist Symbol on it.

Both of them have their flaws but I have to choose Pacific 1940. It ahs its flaws but I like the new rules and board size. I especially like its going to be combined with europe 1940.  :-D :-D :-D

Wish i could help you. I have 2 AA50 1 for playing 1 in shrinkwrap which ill sell in 10 years when itll be 1000 dollars probably.

Russia may buy 3 inf per turn at 2 ipcs instead of 3.
