bringing this thread back to life. Since We are dropping I propose the following Sides. We may not have 1 for each country but hopefully this works.

Since the US/USSR are going to be neutral fro awhile they should have a minor power. So i propose.

USSR: Proud American
Italy: i rock
France: UN Spacy
US: maverick_76
UK: Funcioneta

This way each neutral power shall have something to do until they enter the game. Clyde you got a good deal I gave you Japan for puny China. Let me know how you feel.

AAP40 is second. AA50 is first but i have a feeling not for long. When G40 comes out I think it will go.

Ya. I used for extra pieces. They may only be the 5 main but id rather buy 2 42 copies than 4 1940 2 pacific 2 europe. Also i wanted the ICs and AA guns mainly. I use 42 to introduce friends.

I  know. But they still favored Hitler after the civil war. If there True Neutrals then thats good too. IMO they should be pro axis.

I think spain is pro-axis because at the time they were having the spanish civil war and Hitler supported the rebels,making the public lean towards the axis.

Remember Germany starts with ALOT of subs. So they need to use that + the luftwaffe to destroy the Royal Navy. They also need to keep their own kreigsmarine and luftwaffe alive. if they let the allies built to may subs and surface ships……good bye germany.

As soon as I heard 1940 games had cardboard markers i bought 2 copys of 42 for ICs and AA guns. Also make the fricken french british and not soviet.

There are bombers in the Central US. However it may be 1 now that I looked at it.

My "house is in macomb county but I go to the ross school of buisness which is part of the university of michigan. But I dont want to drive down to toledo. especially since im trying to cut of a year of my BBA by going in summer.

If you want a real exp try watching a game. it helps. go to “play boardgames” section and watch. you may learn strat too.

I think there will be a small allied advantage. They thwomp the axis income. and with USSR japan wont be as much of a threat.
