i like ticket to ride. its a good, simple, fun game to play that also doesn’t take hours to play. another really fun and fast and simple game is called cover your assets. its fast paced and tons of fun, i highly recommend both games.

RE: Settlers of Catanposted in Other Games
its pretty cool. i like it better than the original game. in fact, my friend liked it so much that he went out and bought the star trek version the day after we played it.

the settlements in the star trek version are outposts, and when you upgrade them to cities you put a disk on top of them to create a starbase. roads are spaceships (all are a model of the USS Enterprise). the robber is a klingon bird of prey, and the knight is different in that you cant look at your opponents hand while taking a card. their is also the option of playing with support cards. these cards have a main character on them and give you certain bonuses in the game, but can only be used a maximum of two time before you must trade them in. example, Kirk allows you to ignore the 7 card rule from when the bird of prey strikes. and so on and so forth. its really fun, i like it better that the original, not only cuz its star trek, but its more fun im my opinion.

RE: Which is your favoriteposted in General Discussion
a fourth option has been added, (other). this is due to the fact that I realize I left out a large majority of T.V. shows and such. If you have one you like chose the ‘other’ option and please tell us why. Thank you for voting!!!

B-17 hands down. could take an extraordinary amount of damage and still bring its crews home safely. plus with later models having 13 browning .50 cal machine guns, could deal a good amount of damage as well.

Favorite General/Field Marshall? well that’s easy, General George S. Patton Jr. One of the few allied generals that the Axis really ever feared.

ive played his '46 game, and its fun but pretty unbalanced if you ask me. the USSR can become unstoppable in two to three turns.
