How can UK claims a territory that is allie territory ? It can send troops there but not claims the IPC that goes with the territories.  That is the way I understand it. :?

Dutch territories can be retaken only if japan invades it.  Before that they are consider friendly territories.

In the newer game of monopoly you find banking cards or credit card.  They come along with an electronic calculator.  You place the amount you want on your card.  You can add or withdraw money every time you insert the card in the calculator.

I’m new on the forum.  Looking at a monopoly game, I was wondering.  Why not use  the monopoly credit card system to keep track of the IPC’s for axis and allies ?
