I have a rule question regarding trucks. It stems from truck movement during reinforcement (the rules state that they can move as in the movement phase):

Can the trucks unload when they finish their move (during the reinforcement phase) or can they only unload during the actual movement phase?

Looks like a wikipedia entry and been started for A&A battle of the bulge.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Axis_and_Allies:_Battle_of_the_Bulge. It’s pretty weak so far though…
