      Howdy,

      it seems Russia got incorrectly 5 IPC for their NO -

      *“if Russia is at war, sz125 has no Axis warships (all sea units except transports), Archangel is Russia-controlled, and there are no allied units in any originally Russian territories.”

      Their are some US boys in the very East of Russia, hence the NO shouldn´t be active.

      I must have forgotten to save the game…
      I will edit the turn and send you the correct file, but this will not until this evening or even tomorrow I am afraid.

      I had to tske the heavy BB as casualtiy,as far as I understand the rules…I might have understood it wrong.
      First a CV, than a BB, than a CV again etc.
