Now it both costs more and takes longer for the USA to make a real impact

This cannot be understated. It REALLY slows down the America. I didn’t used to mind US making about the same as Germany, but now it is hard for them to have an impact. Add to this the fact that Germany can sink the US Atlantic fleet on turn 1, and America just got a lot  harder to be effective.

I understand about the India/Borneo sea battle, but the Allies usually need help(a bid), so if the Japanese fleet gets sunk more times than not, tht might just tilt things back to them.
I do believe for those of us who have many games and like tinkering with things,  this mod could be a lot of fun.

1)  Any one territory of your choice (that doesn’t already have one, of course).  It works like any other IC.

2)  Your sub must either fight or move away in combat movement.

3)  His ships must either fight or move away in combat movement.

4)  No, nor after being offloaded.

5).  Fighters launch before their carrier moves, so they both begin their movement in the same sea zone.  Likewise, fighters land after their carrier moves, so they must both end their movement in the same sea zone.
