Map Option “Convoy Blockades Roll Dice For Cost” is unchecked, so surface ships with attack capability and planes will always cause loss of 1 PU and subs 2 PU. This way especially non-combat edits after end of turn are assisted.

Might this have happened because I downloaded new map version for the game with surfer and appear to have forgotten to share this with lebowsky? Do you have any idea how to fix?

thank you very much for checking!! And I think that you are on the right track. Rule-wise this is a difference between Out Of the Box and Balanced Mod. As this game with @lebowsky follows OOB, Germany was allowed to enter originally Russian but already occupied territory without being at war - but the counterattack was illegal.

Actually I am suffering from some wantings currently, but just wanna reply here. Obviously there is some adjustment necessary in order to create new momentum. This can either be more or less restriction, but surely more clarity. My suggestion: Any League player can take any turn any time even two subsequent turns after 24h have passed. Scramble and OoL decisions are made by the active player too the way he or she assumes is best against his/her own intentions.

Generous sportsmanship!! 70% definitely were not intended and as I recall I consider it most probable that I didn’t calculate it all but only looked sloppily at the map … life (and health) didn’t let me deep think into A&A during the most recent months and I had overcomitted to gaming before. So I am totally fine with the game over and lost; I feel this is part of this League that you have to manage meta-play too and as you said I had plenty of time to doublecheck my moves

it’s gorgeous and I like the closer relation to reality! But it still requires an adaptation from the players and if I ever can resume major gaming I won’t know if I don’t wanna stick to only one map design 👍
